Excellent customer service. All workers were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Nate began the project assuring me they would handle everything from start to finish. He clearly has the respect of all his employees as they all spoke highly of him and wanted to do their best. Marco and Kaelen completed the initial removal with the upmost professionalism, and went above and beyond to take care of all the small details on the initial cleanup. Manuel and Jacob were meticulous in the demo of the damage, Rizwan was fast and efficient with the imaging, and Junior took great care to clean up all the equipment and leave my place ready to get rebuilt. Thursday night, my dog started barking at our garage door. When I opened it to see what was going on, I discovered water literally raining from the ceiling and a significant amount of water on the garage floor. I ran upstairs and found that our washing machine had overflowed, with water soaking through the hallway carpet and into the tile in our laundry room. I immediately called Robinson Restoration, and they told me they would have someone out right away. In less than an hour, even after 5 PM, Christian arrived at our home. From the moment Christian walked through the door, I felt an immediate sense of relief. He was calm, professional, incredibly thorough, and compassionate during what was a very stressful situation. He went room by room documenting everything, carefully checking for water damage, and keeping my husband and me informed throughout the entire process. Christian then coordinated with his team and made sure they came prepared with everything needed to properly mitigate the damage and prevent further problems. Juan and Jorge arrived and immediately introduced themselves and got to work. Shortly after, Nathan, a project manager with Robinson, also stopped by. He provided additional support, helped communicate throughout the process, and made sure we understood what was happening and what to expect. Juan and Jorge spent the next two days working incredibly carefully and thoughtfully. They removed the damaged carpet and drywall with so much attention to detail. Every cut was clean and precise. They created barriers between the affected areas and our livable space, wore shoe covers, and took great care to protect our floors and our home. I truly could not have asked for a better team or a better experience during an otherwise incredibly stressful situation. They left today, and I now understand what the next steps are. Most importantly, I feel confident knowing that Robinson Restoration will be there with us every step of the way. Hands down, I would recommend Robinson Restoration, Christian, Juan, Jorge, and Nathan to my closest friends and family.
