1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide voluntarily, and information collected automatically as you use the site.

• Contact form / photo tool: first name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code when you submit through our AI Damage Analyzer or quote request forms.
• Photos: images you upload for analysis are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
• Usage data: pages visited, browser type, referring URL, and approximate location via Google Analytics (GA4). This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Cookies: session cookies and GA4 analytics cookies. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To match you with licensed restoration contractors in your area.
• To deliver your damage assessment results and follow up if requested.
• To improve our directory, AI analysis accuracy, and user experience.
• To send transactional communications related to your request (no marketing emails without consent).

3. Sharing Your Information

When you submit a lead form or request through our site, your contact information may be shared with up to three (3) local restoration contractors relevant to your damage type and location. These contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email to provide estimates.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketing lists. We do not share your information with third parties except as described above or as required by law.

Service providers: We use Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis), Google Analytics, and Vercel (hosting). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

4. Data Retention

Lead information is retained for up to 24 months to support contractor matching and to improve our service. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any right, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated whenever changes are made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
