I just want to say a big thank you to the team at Dryworx Water Damage Restoration. Johnny, Sheldon, Hunter, and Angelo were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were very professional, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and cleanly. They helped make a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate the hard work they put in. I’m very happy with the job they did and grateful for their help as we move on to the rebuild process. Thank you again!

First off: I’m a real human writing this, not a bot and definitely not paid. Second: unfortunately, I may be one of the most qualified people in Portland to leave this review. In the first two months of owning my first home, we had THREE separate freak water disasters: • a power washing accident • a faulty fridge filter that exploded while we were out • and a tub faucet that literally flew off mid-turn and blasted water through our house like a firehose At this point I’m pretty sure I need therapy for aquaphobia. I specifically need to shout out Darrell Raynolds. Every single time, he showed up incredibly fast (usually within an hour or less). Even while I was standing there crying and panicking, he stayed positive, honest, calm, encouraging, and somehow even made me laugh. It genuinely felt like calling an expert who also happened to be a friend. Darrell thoroughly explained every part of the process: the “why,” the “what ifs,” all the options available, and what to expect moving forward. I never felt left in the dark. He made sure I understood what was happening so I could make informed decisions instead of feeling overwhelmed. One of the incidents was severe enough that we had to go through insurance, and WOW. Dryworx absolutely goes to bat for you. They know the insurance world inside and out, understand the language, and fight to make sure you get the coverage you actually need to restore your home properly, not just the bare minimum. Dryworx entire team are also the coolest group of guys ever. Seth, Isaiah, Thomas, Sheldon G., Will (just to name a few) were all super respectful, professional, and informative! They didn’t seem annoyed at my million questions and answered them all throughly or got me the answers fairly quickly. Throughout the rebuild process, I always felt informed and supported. I was given realistic timelines up front, updates along the way, and clear communication the entire time. Another thing I really respected: they only work with contractors they personally vet to extremely high standards. They don’t just hire random people. They make sure everyone involved meets the level of quality they expect. As stressful and emotional as these experiences have been, I honestly cannot imagine going through them without Darrell there helping ground me, move quickly to minimize damage, protect my home (and wallet), and make sure the work was done right. He says he loves what he does, and it absolutely shows. I’ll update this review later with before/during/after photos once the rebuild is complete. Stay tuned :-)

DRYWORX was referred by our AMAZING plumber, Service Pro Plumbing inc. Our sewer pipe under our home ruptured and flooded under our home with sewage waste. Shelby G. from Dryworx came out and looked it all over, gave us a price and went right to work getting it cleaned uo. He was articulate, hardworking and great at communicating what he was doing and why. He did this all on his own and did a GREAT job.
