Robinson Restoration - SeattleWater Damage Restoration in Kent, WA

This is the 2nd restoration company I've had to work with since owning my home and I have to say it was a night and day difference. Robinson Restoration by far provided a better service than my last experience with another company. Their Project Manager Marlyn, was always responsive and flexible with her schedule. She would even give me updates on the weekends. The technicians that came to do the work Jesus H, Joe, Jesus W and Anthony, we're always professional and did great work. They were on time and/or would update me if they could be here early or late. Their schedule was always based on what worked for me which was great so I didn't have to miss work. The other companies that they work with for plumbing, abatement, and electrical were great as well. I would highly recommend Robinson Restoration for your restoration needs.

Robinson came quickly and provided a thorough review of damage. Their management was willing to review quoted items for rationale, and work with me to determine a pathway forward. My insurance and Robinson still has not come to a agreement on pricing, but Robinson made a good faith effort to work with me on SOW based on the work performed. I had a great experience with the employees, and recommend Robinson hire additional employees to support the rising demand of their business.

Moises and James were wonderful and super hard workers! They were great at communicating with us on what they were doing and what had to be done for the water damage that we experienced. They worked as quickly as they could and it took a while for the big job to get down. Thanks to them we are that much closer to getting the house back to normal!
