Jose, Eric, and Luis are very professional and customer service is impeccable. They explained ahead what are they going to do, the process, and the preparation. They have the proper equipment and prepare the work area making sure they have the protection in places before they started to demolish the ceiling. They are very efficient and worked well as a team. There is no dust dispersal and cleaned up as they go and took the garbage.

BEWARE, DO NOT USE if you have water damage of any sort at all! I had level 2 water damage in July 2025 due to a burst pipe in my crawl space. Extremely dishonest and scammy water restoration company. Our entire experience from beginning to end was a nightmare ( 2 months). Before receiving any service, I was asked repeatedly to write an online review to "help out" the Quick Dry employees. Their ~1400 reviews of 4.9 were probably solicited this way. Project manager was young and extremely pushy and wanted us to move out immediately and use their temporary housing company based out of Utah, and their "recommended" moving company, American Pack Out. Their water mitigation and demolition crew was disorganized, I had no idea when they were coming every day and no status updates and the project manager "disappeared" after meeting him the first day. All they care about is to bypass the homeowner and to get paid by insurance directly. My insurance paid a total of $36K. This is a regional chain company based out of Utah and do not use their partners (American Pack Out and asbestos removal company). There seems to be some kind of kick-back and the asbestos removal company is owned by the same parent company. DO not fall for their high pressure sales tactics and their use of mold to scare you into using them!

We had our initial demolition today due to a sewage backup in the back of our home, and the team did an outstanding job. Leo coordinated everything clearly and kept us informed about their arrival. They worked efficiently and completed nearly all of the demolition in about four hours. They will be returning tomorrow to finish the crawl space due to daylight. Leo, Jose, Ben, and Saage F. were professional, deliberate, and diligent throughout the entire process. I’m very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Highly recommend!
