South Sound Recovery quite literally saved our home!! After back-to-back atmospheric river storms in Enumclaw, our entire front yard turned into a lake. The water wasn’t moving at all, and we were terrified our crawl space was going to flood out with nowhere for the water to go. I called South Sound Recovery in a panic, and thankfully Sean and his coworker were already just a few minutes away. They were very communicative telling me either ETA. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and provided us with a pretty powerful pump to rent that immediately started moving massive amounts of water. We were able to move enough water to make or home safe again even while it was still raining outside. Because of their quick response and expertise, we were able to get the water down to a safe level within an hour, and within a few hours the yard was completely drained. I truly cannot express how grateful we are. Sean and his coworker Kaden were professional, fast, reassuring, and absolutely the heroes we needed that day! If you’re dealing with flooding or water emergencies, do not hesitate—these are the people you want on your side. They genuinely saved our home and I cannot thank them enough!

Excellent response time when calling in the we hours of the morning like 2:00 am and started water recovering process right away. Carpet was completely soaked as had a water fall running off the top of my kitchen counter top over night no telling how long it was running. Owner operator not only had the carpeting cut back but had the waist removed in a very timely manner. Waking Sean up in the we hours he was at the location within 2 hours with the equipment to start the process of getting the flooring dried out and disposal of soaked insulation in the crawl space. Imagine coming home from a Memorial Weekend camping trip to the sound of gushing water. Sheesh! Talk about a nightmare! Very clean and professional. Kayden had exceptional communication and punctuality on when he would be by to take moisture readings and do equipment checks. When the job was done, South Sound Water Recovery's team of Kayden and Isaac cleaned up and left with a job well done and sigh of relief from very happy customers.
