Antwan and Ben were both absolutely brilliant. Kind, compassionate, respectful, considerate and hard working. They were careful of our belongings. They treated everything as if the items were theirs and of value. Neat and clean at the end of the job. I didn’t hear any bad language. No smoking or weed odors. I would definitely welcome them back into our home. This was damage caused by a hidden dishwasher leak that worked itself between the layer of flooring. Honestly, it’s difficult enough when your home suffers damages and you have to go through extensive demolition and repairs. I needed the demolition process to go as smoothly as possible and they did all they could to make sure that my stress and anxiety, was limited. I honestly pray that the repair and restoration work goes as well as this demolition work. Shane, I assure you these young men are definitely an asset to your ServePro Team.
Chris and Benjamin were outstanding during our water leak mitigation. After we had an attic cooling unit leak into an upstairs ceiling and down walls into to the first floor we contacted ServPro, Suffolk, VA to take care of the tare-out and drying out of walls and ceiling on both floors. The two gentlemen that have come out to handle these task (Brandon and Antwan) have been very professional and super nice. They have spent time explianing what they were going to do and kept us informed throughout the day as they progressed. They are very competent and have gone out of their way to keep mold contamination and dust from spreading throughout the house with containment barriers with zippers and such.
