This is a recommendation for Servpro of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin. We discovered we had a leak that had gotten under the flooring in our kitchen. We called our local servpro and they responded two technicians the next morning to take care of the situation and to mitigate the effects of the water leakage. Antwan Powell and Ben Lutz arrived at the agreed time in the morning they did preliminary test with equipment that would tell them the status of the flooding and conditions that were unseen to us. After gathering information they started by removing our flooring and the subflooring showing us all of the puddles of water under the flooring in our kitchen. This process required them to to move the refrigerator, oven and the dishwasher, all of this was handled smoothly and with no problems. They scraped up and removed everything to the subflooring and set up fans and dehumidifiers that have been running and will be running for the next few days to dry everything. These were two very professional, polite and hard working technicians. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. The status of the drying was checked on every work day. They are currently completing the job now that the floor has dried and they are putting down floor covering so we can walk in there until the flooring people come to install our floor. Great job from start to finish!
So far so good. The fans are noisy but that's to be expected with having to dry out everything. The work crew has been very helpful and professional.

She is also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Chris was a chill funny dude and a vibe! He knew his stuff an s put my mind at ease during this stressful process. Awesome team, from Justin to the front desk. They kept me informed during this process and put my mind at ease. Chris, Margret, and Justin are an awesome team! Servpro needs to promote them or give them a raise because I would definitely use their services in the future.
