I had a toilet clog and overflow issue that started late into my evening. I called Roto-Rooter and they were literally at my home in less than an hour from the time I called. My service technician Kriston was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire service call. He took the time to explain what was happening with my sewer line, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand everything that was happening. He successfully cleared a major blockage in my main sewer line and identified additional concerns that warranted a camera inspection. I especially appreciated his enthusiasm to help and thoroughly inspect my issue even though it was very late into the evening. Plumbing emergencies are stressful, but Kriston made the process much easier to navigate. His customer service and communication were outstanding. I highly recommend Kriston anyone needing plumbing or drain cleaning services with Roto-Rooter.

DJ did a fantastic job unclogging the main line and fixing two toilets. He came out early in the morning to take care of a major clog; he was very informative, and he gave me the cost of front; he even made sure I knew exactly what to expect of the process. Tiko (apologies for spelling) came out as well to perform a complimentary camera operation so we could see what was going on under the house and they let me watch so I could understand what was going on in the pipes. Now I know what to expect if this happens again, which I greatly appreciate! will continue to use Roto-Rooter and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Shikeon was very polite and explained everything well. He was very patient with me as well as I was figuring out how I was gonna pay for the services. Steve came and used the camera and he as well was very polite and informative. Explained alot to me. Cleaned out my main line which has roots growing into it. Another problem for another day.
