My name is Luis, and I have already been waiting a year for them to finish the work—and things aren't looking good at all. They have postponed the completion date on more than four occasions, and I am still waiting for them to wrap things up. They told me that they would hand over the finished house on the 10th of this month, but it doesn't look like they are going to follow through this time either. I want to share that I’ve had a very bad experience with this company; for instance, they installed the siding right over burnt wood. As for the soffit, they only replaced a portion of it—leaving the burnt section untouched—because, according to them, the insurance company wouldn't cover it. I am deeply disappointed with this company; they make promises to get things done but fail to keep them—and when they *do* actually do the work, it’s completely botched. So, if they don't make good on their promise to deliver the finished job by the 10th of this month, I will continue to publicize every single thing they do wrong.

With the mess that we had and the damage done to our home, working with Taylor and Brad , we always felt we were in good hands. They both are genuinely good people who saw our issues and acted in way they would if it was their own home. They stayed professional and went above and beyond for our family in a time of absolute need and uncertainty. We can’t thank them enough for giving us our home back.

I would not recommend this company due to our bad experience. We ended up having to pay another company to fix the damage caused by Spartan. We chose this company because their website mentions working with USAA, which is our insurer. We contacted Spartan after having a small drip from our ceiling. Spartan was unable to find the source of the water. That's not great, but also if you can't find it, you can't find it, right. The one star review is for two other problems: they had a subcontractor apply a tarp that was too large and he used huge nails and when our insurance didn't approve a large replacement, they ghosted us. We've called at least three times and left messages with the answering service and we've emailed at least another three times. Over the course of two months, they've refused to come back and do repairs for the damage caused by the too-large tarp and the too-large nails. We've since contacted two other roofers, which did not recommend major replacements. And, to repair the damage caused by Spartan, it's going to cost us $700.
