I do not recommend this company!!! They talked a good game with promises of great service. They were very unorganized with little concern regarding damaging furniture and storing it properly. There was a rush to get it done, and once they collected the funds, it was hard reaching them for anything. When it was time to return the product, there was no planning involved, and very few things were labeled, leaving boxes of product in rooms. They sent one guy to replace the contents of the entire home (Rico), when a team of 5 or 6 is needed, claiming that one guy quit, which wouldn’t have made a difference. Rico was kind and did the best he could, but it was too much for one person. Luckily my Public Adjuster (Joshua Harris) showed up and took over the project due to American Water Damage’s incompetence. I called to complain several times the next morning and neither the supervisor or corporate ever responded. Please do your research before choosing a water mitigation company. The only thing positive I got out of this deal was a referral to a great public adjuster. Update, after everything supposedly was returned, several items were broken and missing. Watch what they are doing, and please verify your inventory list as we never received one. Update: I have been trying to reach out to supervisors both local and corporate for a resolution regarding the missing and broken items, but my calls and emails continue to be ignored after promises of follow-up. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company, as they talk a good game, but the company is not what it portrays.

I can’t say enough great things about Tygie and Vennard with American Water Damage. What started as a very stressful and overwhelming situation quickly became much more manageable because of the care and professionalism they showed from day one. They were kind, compassionate, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. They treated my home with the same care and respect they would their own, and that meant so much to me during such a difficult time. Their communication was outstanding, and I never felt like I was left wondering what would happen next.

This company is awful please do not book!! My family used this company it started out great they made a lot of promises that they did not keep they told me it would take 2 months this took 7 months in total. They are very hard to reach they keep saying people are quitting and they had to replace different people. They used their own contractors to pack our stuff I watched them on my home camera dumping things horribly into boxes. By the time it was time to move back in and loosing a lot of money into fixing there mess they lost a lot of my expensive property I opened boxes with ashes and cat litter on top of my belongings. I even got stuff back that did not belong to me and they claimed it did. I would rather live homeless under a bridge smoking drugs I’ve never tried to forget this experience. then ever have to deal with this company please do your selfs a favor and ready the reviews these people are awful!!!!!
