If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I had water damage in the guest bath behind the wall. My plumbing company recommended two companies to provide an estimate for repairs to submit to my insurance company. The first company sent two guys out that set up two fans per their bosses instructions but didn't know why they were doing it. That was the 1st red flag. There were others but what ended it for me is that the owner of that company checked for water damage under the tile by tapping a flashlight on it and listening for a hollow sound. I told him I needed actual scientific documentation to submit and he waived me off. I then called CRS and spoke to a lovely, knowledgeable and competent woman. (I found out later she and her husband are the owners.) She listened to my concerns and had her husband come out instead of one of his workers so that he could check things himself. Not only did he talk to me about what had been done correctly and not by the other company, he checked for water damage under the floor and behind the wall of the bathroom using a meter. But he also checked for damage where the pipes run under the house. Fortunately there were no leaks to be found. I showed him the report from the 1st company and he said that it looked alright since there was no water damage under the floor to report to my insurance company. He was here for about an hour and didn't charge me anything. This company is completely competent. They cared about the stress and uncertainty I was experiencing and honestly, I wish they provided other services so that I could call them in the future.
Tom came out to assess our floors free of charge and quickly identified a leak. He was fast, extremely efficient, and super helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend his services!
