Blackhill RestorationWater Damage Restoration in Round Rock, TX

I had an upstairs plumbing leak that caused damage to our downstairs ceiling. Will with blackhill restoration came out and gave me some options. Once it became clear that it looked worse than it was and could likely be treated DIY, he gave me very detailed instructions on exactly what to do so we could confidently manage the situation ourselves. He was extremely professional and great with my curious 7 year old daughter. They answered the phone when we called, came out early the next day right on time, and were honest with us instead of trying to make a quick buck. I am so impressed with this company’s professionalism and integrity.

Update: 07/31/26 Blackhill Roofing has completely deleted their google business page off the internet with all their roofing reviews. Weeks later after completion still finding nails. They sent someone back to clean up and he dropped more nails than he picked up with his magnet wand or they fell off his truck. I found 20+ nails the next day in the area he walked and around where his truck was parked in the roadway. —Original review 07/07/26 Sloppy & inefficient roofing company for an apartment complex contract with low quality execution process. Inefficiently taking 4-5 days to complete two smaller buildings causing unnecessary issues and obstructing 2 of only 3 total exit/enter driveways due to unorganized incompetent planning by project site manager. Clean up has been very sloppy adding an extra 5days of excessive nails 20+ found per day at 8pm in the same driveway areas after each work day when the barricades are taken down for the evening. I understand these men work hard and I appreciate their hard work but to have nails scattered all over the driveway b/c the nail magnet device with wheels wasn’t used thoroughly is blatant laziness and neglect for the residents safety. Seems this is their first apartment complex project, most likely this project was underbid for the contract by Blackhill, INEXPERIENCE is Evident. -Update- Day5 same building area 20+ nails found totaling 100+ nails, cleanup stretched late past 7pm until 8:30pm with more cleanup needed tomorrow.

Working with Blackhill Restoration turned a very stressful moment into something much more manageable. Our ceiling got water damage a few days before our wedding, and Blackhill came out promptly to assess the damage. They helped us work with our insurance company to wait until after the wedding to begin restoration, which was very appreciated. We mostly worked with Will, and I was very impressed by his level of communication, knowledge, and amicability. It's always jarring to have people coming into your home day after day, but Will, and the other people at Blackhill Restoration were all the epitome of professionalism and put us at ease. I would definitely recommend this company and will be working with them again should more horrible things happen to our house haha.
