February 2024 We contracted with 1-800 Water Damage of North Dallas to remediate mold in the Sherman Texas Social Security Administration building which we own. The team responded promptly to my call, performed a thorough inspection of the affected area and mold consultant's report. WDND built a containment field around the infected area, created negative pressure with HEPA filters in the containment area to prevent cross contamination into the surrounding building and removed the infected material in sealed bags. After infected material was removed, the affected area was tested by a 3rd party for mold residue and passed first test. The remaining structure was sanitized and coated with mold inhibiting paint. The technicians followed the Mold Remediation Protocol report to the letter. 1-800 Water Damage of North Dallas personnel were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and arrived on site timely each day until the work was complete.
