We’ve used Dr. Steam for years, and we were friends with the previous owners, so I wasn’t sure what to expect after the change in ownership. I can honestly say I came away incredibly impressed. The new owners have done an outstanding job. From scheduling to the final results, everything was smooth, professional, and customer-focused. I especially appreciated that they were able to set me up on a twice-a-year maintenance schedule and even offered a discount for doing so. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain additional services without being pushy. We have dogs, so they recommended the pet treatment along with Scotchgard, and I’m so glad we chose it. It was worth every penny. The carpets look fantastic, smell fresh, and even dried much faster than I expected. The attention to detail was excellent, and my husband and I both commented on how amazing everything looked when they were finished. It’s obvious the new team genuinely cares about the quality of their work and about taking care of their customers. We’ll absolutely continue using Dr. Steam and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch carpet cleaning.
First time needing restoration work. Dr. Steam made the process easy and far less stressful from initial visit to completion. Josh , Janea and the great techs were a pleasure to work with. Josh explained all procedures, met with insurance adjuster to make recommendations, handled all contractors as well as almost daily updates and frequent site visits to assure progress and quality of work. They also assisted with paperwork, forms, photos and emails. Very friendly and family oriented. Definitely recommend Dr. Steam for any services they provide. Thank you Dr. Steam!!!
Excellent service, professional and friendly guys, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms. I already recommended them to my parents who scheduled a carpet cleaning as well.
