Carpet Tech always does an incredible job for our home! My husband and I have rescue dogs; we love animals — and they are spoiled and allowed to be inside. :) They have all been through hard things, and although they are potty-trained, they are not perfect. Michael Deleon is an extraordinary crew chief! He takes extra care, and we trust him so much! He has helped us to keep our carpets versus having to go through the hassle of re-flooring and having to dislodge our family and animals. Excellent!! My husband and I could not be happier! Everyone we talked to was so kind and personable! We are working on a farm house that has not been lived in for 31/2 years. Justin, whom came out to look at the floors that had carpet and glued on carpet padding on it found unfinished hardwood floors. Carpet Tech completely removed the padding, glue, and did the hardwood floors! I’m sharing the finished photos! Unbelievable!!!
The website chat was easy to book an appointment. Essentially a day after the need. We had a slight incident where we had a fall and a little bloodstain, and we were able to book from Friday to Monday. The young men were profesional and thorough.
