We had an upstairs water accident that ran through the floor/ceiling to end up on our floor below. Mario and his crew evaluated the extent and damage of the problem and offered multiple remediation solutions. We used forced-drying through the light fixture openings from the basement and through specific holes upstairs to minimise the damage. It was the only way to get a home that is dry (tested thoroughly) and minimal reconstruction. I was extremely impressed with the innovative approach used. This is especially true since I called other companies, and they were all ready to tear down the entire ceiling downstairs and the whole floor upstairs. By the time we agreed, the ceiling was 98% dry. His team continued the work upstair to ensure the area was completely dry.
