I had an emergency leak in my kitchen that caused damage to my cabinets and walls, and Jose DeLuna from American Water Damage Rescue Restore came out right away. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. What really stood out was how quickly he got everything lined up so work could start immediately. In a stressful situation, that made a big difference. They handle everything from water damage and mold to cleanup and reconstruction, and they’re available 24/7, which is exactly what you need in an emergency. I definitely recommend them—Jose made a tough situation a lot easier to deal with.

American Water Damage came out right away and started the mitigation process and the dropped the ball. I waited for over two weeks to come and fix the wall so I could install a new hot water tank. I ended up hiring someone else to come finish the repairs. They are unhelpful and unresponsive once they have their check. I would never recommend them for any kind of mitigation work

I had some floor damage due to a leaking tub and toilet in the guest bath. The contractors recommended this company and their original price was well over 30000 for the rebuild. Cant remember the price for the demo. Luckily my insurance paid for the demo negotiated the rebuild down to around 13000. During the rebuild, the worker were always late or didn't show up at all. They left nails and garbage everywhere, making it unsafe for my kid and pet to navigate through the house. They were supposed to float the subfloor twice but only did it once. The floor now is completely unlevel and already starting to split. Noticed afterwards that the sink that they installed didn't have the drain reinstalled. Found a couple hole in our pantry. Also, they had access to my garage, left garbage everywhere and I'm missing some dewalt batteries. One of which was a 9 amp 20v 60v flex battery, which is over a $200 battery. Would not recommend
