We have a rental property and it's really nice, sadly for us the water feed line going into the refrig decided to rupture and dumped maybe 50 gallons of water into our rental condo. The tenants called us and the water was everywhere, the laminate flooring under the kitchen floor was completely soaked and the water had reached the carpets in the bedroom. We shut off the water and then called DryingTech and spoke with their team. They sent out a team with a bunch of equipment and started drying out the floors and carpets. Our plumber (a great one there too BTW) went ahead and repaired the broken line so that we could turn the water back on. It did take a couple of days and the Drying Tech team came by to visit us daily before ALL the water was out. The floors finally stopped being squishy (we have a concrete slab) and they estimate that we pulled out up to 50 gallons of water from this space. We recommend DryingTech and their crew to provide fast, professional service at a fair price. IN FACT, we didn't even have to file a claim with insurance because we didn't need new carpet, new laminate and so on. They saved us the $2500 deductible, our tenant was back in business without a claim on our policy AND put our condo back in full service in less than 48 hours. Thanks guys! Great work!
Water seeped through my shingles, into the attic, and ultimately on the ceiling of my 1st floor after we had a significant amount of snow & ice in Jan. I had called 3 different companies to come give estimates; the other 2 were going to come in 2-3 days, but Gray left from another job and was there within an hour. He and his team were very polite & professional; the estimate was straight forward, and they came back the following day to start the job. They always called when they were on their way & they showed up when they said they would - that’s hard to find these days!! I would highly recommend Gray and his team to anyone dealing with water issues; I have zero complaints, and they get extra points for loving on my 3-month old Labrador puppy who tried to “help” them with the job 😂
