I recently had crawlspace work completed by Crawlspace Medic, and I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish. Cameron performed the initial inspection and took the time to thoroughly explain the type of encapsulation, drainage system, sump pump, and dehumidifier my crawlspace needed. He answered every question I had and left detailed information about all of the recommended products and services. After receiving quotes from other companies and hearing different recommendations, I still had additional questions. I reached back out to Cameron, and he returned my phone call within minutes. He patiently answered all of my questions and clearly explained the reasoning behind his recommendations. That level of communication and professionalism made me feel completely comfortable moving forward with Crawlspace Medic. The work was scheduled to begin on a Monday and was estimated to take about three days. On the Friday before the start date, I received a call with an estimated arrival time for Monday. Then on Monday morning, I received another call confirming their arrival time. When the crew arrived, Hershel introduced himself and his team before getting started. Throughout the entire project, Hershel kept me informed about what they were doing and what the next steps would be. At the end of each day, he updated me on the progress and what to expect the following morning. On Tuesday, Hershel even called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on the way. The crew completed the drainage, encapsulation, and most of the sump pump installation on Tuesday, and Hershel returned Wednesday to complete the final sump pump work. One of the biggest highlights of this experience was the communication and professionalism every single day. My crawlspace access is located in the very back of my split-level garage, yet every evening when the crew left, the entire area was spotless. You could hardly tell they had even been there. Another thing I appreciated was that the crew routed the sump pump drain exactly where I requested without any issues. During the final inspection, Cameron returned and thoroughly reviewed all of the completed work with me. He showed me how to operate the dehumidifier settings, check the dehumidifier pump, and test the sump pump float switch. He also made sure everything in the crawlspace was spotless and met the company’s standards before considering the job complete. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Crawlspace Medic and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing crawlspace work done.
