The technician, Dana, did an excellent job with the cleanup and was thorough, respectful and customer focused. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, and I would definitely recommend them.

Service Master Recovery on Demand is the only mitigation company you should call when an unfortunate loss happens at your home! My insurance company recommended them. I must say, I was so nervous at first. But, my worries were quickly alleviated! The company called within minutes of my insurance contacting them. Dana, the project lead who would initiate things came within the hour. Dana found damaged areas I could not see using his equipment. He was expectional and thorough! He was mindful of items. He moved small things out of the way with care and ease, as if it was his home. That meant so much to me. While my children were there, he used clean drapes to contain his work. The insulation was wet so it needed to come down. You could not find a piece of insulation on my floor after he was done. Dana courted things off and did an excellent job. He notified me every step of the way as he worked. The supervisor came the following day to inspect things and to ensure I was satisfied with the project lead so far. He was also very kind and nice! He provided me with his card to contact him if I had any concerns! They provided products and details to my insurance company. I am SO appreciative of the work done as I prepare for a contractor to come in and replace the damage. I am absolutely blown away at their customer service, the precise cuts to remove damaged areas, and the care to preserve items in my home. This is how consumers should be treated when a lost has happened! I could NOT have asked for a better, more qualified company than Service Master Recovery on Demand!! Thank you all!!
