The service was fantastic. I highly recommend this company. They came to my house the next day after we had a severe flood and handled it for us. Nikki who works in the office was patient and very understanding. Hopefully I do have any other disasters moving forward but if I did I would use Disaster Plus again. Couldn’t be happier!
Disaster Plus responded quickly to my call and had a tech team out the same day. They were professional, informative, and incredibly helpful with our water damage. Their fast response and water mitigation prevented ruin of our old hardwood floors and a lower level ceiling. Service Tech James, assisted by Joe, set up the equipment on Monday, explaining how it worked and the plan to check moisture level readings. James returned to remove the equipment and thoroughly clean the job site. He is a role model for the industry and I highly recommend the services of Disaster Plus.
