I had this company come out to check for mold in my new home. I am a single female. No mold is visible except for evidence of prior leaks. I’ve done my research on mold and know not to rely on air quality testing and that mold can be silently living in your home behind walls in ceilings under floors. I chose this company bc of the great reviews, however, I am disappointed. My sister was home for the inspection which she said took them about 15 minutes. I called ahead to let them know of my concerns, and there was no visible mold present. They arrived to the door and said “where’s the issue?”, not even a hello. A $500 test, which done properly can take up to a hour +. She said they didn’t do a thorough job in using infrared in all areas of the home. The air quality test came back “normal”. I called with my concern on the inspection. They assured me that they used infrared on all surfaces. I am frustrated that I am out so much money and I got 0 assurance, and our symptoms are still occurring. I do not feel like we were heard throughout this process. And to have another test done elsewhere is $$$. I just want to warn others of this experience.
