I would recommend PacWest Restoration Inc to everyone I know! Our landlord hired this company to inspect and fix a mold issue in our bathroom. From the start, everyone we dealt with was responsive, professional and honest. We spoke to the owner a few times, and he patiently answered all of our questions. Nik was sent to do the inspection and he was very thorough. We had to vacate our apartment, and they were very flexible with the start date while we figured out the logistics. When we got back, our bathroom looked brand new! It didn’t just look better, it felt better too. We feel very relieved that the mold issue has been resolved, and glad that the good folks at PacWest were the ones to do it. If you’re in the market for any of the services they provide, hire them. You won’t regret it! We were satisfied and informed every step of the way.

Giving this review 5 stars based on the integrity of Dave. I've worked with a lot of contractors and the most common issues are lack of communication, and unwillingness to stand by their work. During our insurance claim we had an issue crop up with one of the repairs. Long story short, there was an issue with a subcontractor. I don't necessarily expect that everything will always be perfect and smooth from a general contractor perspective when dealing with multiple subcontractors and specialties. I was incredibly impressed with how PacWest handled it. There was a very good "the buck stops with me" response and sense of responsibility. Dave went through the issue with us and fixed every single thing, investing his own time and resources to make sure we were happy with the results. I've worked with PacWest and another company that does similar services for insurance claims. My experience with PacWest was far superior, and I would recommend them and use them myself again in the future. Nobody is perfect, but the response to how you as a business owner take responsibility and fix any issues speaks volumes about the quality of your company. PacWest and Dave definitely set a standard for that.

PacWest Restoration is amazing! This was our first time dealing with restoration needs after our water heater blew and I cannot say enough great things about Jeff and his team! We had carpet, laminate, molding and dry wall damage and I swear our home looks better than ever! The guys were punctual, courteous, and the detail of the work done was top notch. Any questions or concerns we had, Jeff responded expeditiously and took care of whatever it was we needed. Nobody wants damage to their home, but I know if I need help again, I will only trust this company.
