I cannot give a good enough review to Jafet (and the team of roofers and workers from NW). We had some storm damage that we noticed in December of last year and called someone who had done work for us before and referred us to Jafet because of his skills with insurance knowledge, and payment negotiation skills. He is professional, so knowledgeable and a great communicator. Insurance made one payment to us, and Jafet was able to negotiate for a second payment from insurance. He was able to give us tips and tricks for the best way to communicate with insurance and I truly appreciate the assistance navigating that space as newer home owners. He was very clear on cost and thorough with explanations about what work and materials were required, and also was really wonderful about working with us for cheaper options as this happened (of course) at the worst possible time for us financially. Once work began, the crew was super efficient and friendly. The results were truly quality, and beautiful. I truly appreciated all the work Jafet and crew did for our home at the cheapest price. If you have any repair, restoration or roofing needs definitely give Jafet a call!
Jafet and his crew came in went to work and did an excellent job on redoing our bathroom a new shower a new vanity a new mirror a new light new flooring it is beautiful. I will use him and his crew again. And I am already have another project that I am having him bid on. I love how they clean up after themselves every day when they’re done. Very knowledgeable and honest.
Working with Jafet to fix water damage and put in new flooring throughout downstairs was GREAT. He was responsive to all my questions and concerns, he and his crew did a great job and pricing reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family and in fact have done so. And he is in my contact list for future jobs I will eventually need.
