Jafet and his crew were amazing! They were quick, professional, and made the whole process so easy. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!
Jafet was incredible! He knew immediately what the issue was with our leak from an upstairs bathtub that the home builder had tried to tell us was a result of a chip in the tup, which we had sealed, but the leak persisted. Jafet identified the issue within minutes and provided a detailed report at no cost. We would definitely recommend Portland NW Water Damage Restoration for anyone that's looking for a knowledgeable and professional company that you can trust.
I heard about Portland NW through a coworker that had worked with them in the past and all they could say were great things so when I had water damage in my home I had to see for myself! I really enjoyed working with Jafet and his team as they were professional, responsive, and made the entire process stress free from start to finish. If you have a leak in your home, call Portland NW!!
