We had some water damage in the basement and even after I did most of the initial mitigation myself, a different company quoted me $7k which included a bunch of unnecessary items that they were adding to try and make up for the work that I had already completed. Then I called Trey at PuroClean and he was professional, friendly, and most importantly - honest. He gave me a more realistic quote that was a fraction of the other company's. Jerel came out and performed the work for us, and he was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly - and honest. He did an amazing job! We now have our "go-to" guys for cleanups in the future, and I will proudly recommend Trey and his team to anyone needing cleanup service!

PuroClean was there every step of the way after water pipes froze at our home and destroyed our kitchen. Answering my endless questions, taking my many phone calls, walking me through each step of the process and being incredibly helpful with other areas like insurance and adjusters plus many other concerns that were not their job to handle but they helped me with anyway.
