I am the Facilities Director at a prestigious area mansion. After a significant 3rd floor plumbing failure, our plumbing contractor recommended we bring in ServPro to be part of our still active emergency. A team of 7 ServPro techs were dispatched, including a project Forman, Mike, and were on my property in about 1 hour. They immediately began the water mitigation/cleanup. We also asked the responding ServPro team to manage the demolition of an entire section of our 2nd story ceiling. The team of 7 were on site for 8 hours until 3am but completed all of the water cleanup but far much more impressive was their demo work. Once completed, I was left with nothing but exposed floor joists and ceiling framing… not a single screw or drywall fastener was left behind in the framing. When I arrived back on site the following morning all the construction debris was removed and the area was prepped in a way that our next contractor could immediately begin the first phase of reconstruction. I could give another 10 reasons as to why I am so impressed with what ServPro did for me… but please know, that they are waaay more than an emergency clean up vendor and they hire and train nothing but experienced craftsmen and professionals. Well done SP. your number is already saved on my emergency contact list.

Due to a leak from our air conditioner that created water issues within two levels of our house, we needed to call for water mitigation. Servpro responded promptly and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. They were on time every day, respectful, and explained the process from start to finish. And they did amazing work. They had to inspect the damage, remove all traces of water, replace drywall, paint to the existing wall color, disassemble and reassemble a custom fireplace mantle, and clean the carpets. Dan, Justin, Mike, and Vic make an awesome team and I 100% recommend them and ServPro. Additionally the customer service people - Nichole, Macie, and Travis kept open communication with us and responded quickly to all questions.
