If you’re reading this because you have experienced a disaster, first of all, my sincerest apologies. I cannot say enough kind words about Eastern Restoration & Disaster. Unfortunately, I experienced two completely unrelated disasters back to back, and I only wish I had used them the first time. They even took the time to fix mistakes that Servpro had made, which spoke volumes about their integrity and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and stayed with me every step of the way. This was a stark contrast to my previous experience, where I never knew who was going to show up and a different crew appeared each time. With ERP, the consistency and professionalism were immediately evident. What truly set them apart was their understanding of the emotional toll that comes with having your home turned upside down by a disaster. Hope and Ethan were not only supportive, but genuinely empathetic, and the entire team brought a level of sensitivity and care that Servpro couldn’t even come close to matching. Their communication, availability, and attention to detail were exceptional. Hope even helped me when I was stuck on design ideas, and her suggestions were spot-on. My only regret is not thinking to use Eastern Restoration & Disaster from the very beginning. When I looked for recommendations, no one I knew had a solid one. This is it. This is your recommendation. I truly cannot recommend them enough. The biggest Christmas gift of all was that they helped me get my house restored just in time for the holidays.

Ethan and his crew did a beautiful job restoring my house from chaos to beauty. Not only did they do a beautiful job of replacing the wood laminate flooring, but also they painted some of the walls that were marked by a previous company. Ethan was easy to work with and his cheerful energy and creative ideas were much appreciated. not only did they protect the furniture and China, when moving them, but also replaced everything in its correct location. I am grateful for a job well done and give my hearty recommendation.
