Jenkins has begun water restoration and repair on our home due to a failed condensate line from an HVAC unit that caused a partial ceiling collapse. So far they have far exceeded our expectations. We’ve hired professional movers three times in our lives and the Jenkins packers padded and moved each piece with care and better than any previous move. During the process they consulted us repeatedly giving us options and allowing us to direct the movement and organization of our contents. When they realized more labor was needed to complete the job on time, additional help was immediately brought in to complete the task. The drywall removal, replacement and painting of the ceiling, walls and trim was done professionally and with care and attention to detail. After each day of work the employees cleaned up the area as if they had never been there. We are only partially through the process but, to date we are extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and attention. Thanks Martin Lumbooy, Chris Jordan and Johnny Vazquez. This week, my family experienced a devastating house fire caused by a lightning storm, and from the very beginning, Garrett and his team stepped in with urgency, compassion, and professionalism. After contacting my insurance company, they connected me with Jenkins Restoration. Garrett personally arrived at my home within an hour of it being released to me after the fire. His crew, Mike and Landon, arrived shortly after, and within just two hours of the fire department leaving, my roof was already covered and secured—even while water was still falling from the firefighters putting out the fire. The response didn’t stop there. Demo and cleanup began immediately on day one. By day two, with the help of Garrett’s contents team—Andrei and Christian—everything upstairs was carefully packed, labeled, and removed. Clothes were gathered for cleaning, and every item that could be restored was handled with care and respect. They took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and understanding, which meant so much during such a stressful time. By 6 PM on day two, my entire upstairs was packed, labeled, and transported for cleaning and storage. Their efficiency, organization, and kindness truly stood out. The General Contractors Charles and Nehemiah were on time friendly and respectful. Was a delight to come home to no mess and with no loose ends. Flooring looked excellent . Robert the project manager let me ask endless questions. He was through and professional in every regard. As a housekeeper was impressed and relieved when “my reset” welcomed me after doing the same that day.
