It’s never a good day when you have to call a water mitigation company. But when you need one… these guys are who you want. They are true professionals and they’re excellent at what they do. Here’s a little bit of the backstory. I moved into my brand new house on a Thursday - and not even 24 hours later one of the big box companies delivered a brand new front load washing machine, which nearly flooded my entire house. I had water on three floors of my home… from the second floor all the way to the basement. I called Rowland and his team who arrived at my house within an hour of the washing machine fiasco. He took his time and thoroughly assessed the scope of the work, and immediately returned with his team, to mitigate the water as quickly as possible. He has all the tools and sophisticated water meters to help him determine what needed to be torn up in order to dry out. Not only did he explain things every step of the way … he OVER, explained things and made sure that I understood what needed to be done -all while keeping a detailed file with notes and pictures that he shared with me. His crew was professional and courteous. I have such an appreciation for this line of work having gone through this. it is truly an art in terms of the way he tore up the affected areas while taking care not to carelessly disturb drywall, hardwood floors and tile as it would create more of a problem on the repair side. I can’t say enough good about Rowland and his crew. They got the job done better than I ever imagined and I feel like I gained some friends in the process.
Justin was amazing! We had a horrible leak from our master bedroom to our kitchen and he was so responsive in fixing the problem. He came by every day to check progress and was so accommodating with timing. Our kitchen is now fixed. Justin is professional and so kind. Thank you!
