I I could give zero stars I would. Conclusion- if you have an emergency leak do not under any circumstances use Roto-Rooter. Not only did they claim the work they did wasn’t defective - ( the hole in ceiling in exactly the same spot they supposedly fixed and my mechanical contractor confirmed). The manager said he would send water restoration team out to dry out from leak. He never did, (despite charging me $2500 for the water restoration for first leak in August) - me and my daughter ripped out as much wet stuff as we could. We were left waiting for them to send contractor to fix hole like the manager said he would. After waiting almost two weeks, following up again - now I am told (again by manager) to get my own contractor and send them the bill. Anyone want to take bets on if they pay? Found a drywall contractor in a day, more time lost at work, and more food to be ordered since its in the kitchen. He is ripping out more drywall because he found mold already. Told me more needs to come out and it needs to fully dry before repair next week. So now, because of them, we have been living with not only a hole but moldy drywall for weeks (probably what flared my joint). I will be out another chunk of money to repair all the damage RotoRooter caused and already charged me almost $8000 to fix but didn’t manage to fix. I have been left no choice but to take next steps. I think we all know what that will entail. Consider yourself warned friends - do not use this company.

Jonathan was very thorough in introducing the product and pricing with labor and parts.He's been a great deal of time having to deal with a previous install that was just not done right. He was extremely pleasant and courteous throughout the whole process, informing me all along of each stage.Seen He worked later into the evening. Not complaining a great attitude. The whole time and took time to be sure, I understood exactly what was going on.As far as installation and functioning and guarantees And I totally recommend him for any other jobs, because I certainly will refer him to anybody that I can.
