Bad experience with the company. The “pros” had to come out to cut air vents into subfloor that they installed. What a Joke. If you can’t complete simple tasks how is a consumer to trust you for more complex things? Asking for a friend and anyone to hire you. Edit: I saw your response and I received a refund check. The fact you don’t recognize my experience says a lot about your company.
I have Indiana Restoration come to our house 1-2 times per year for carpet cleaning. They are always on time, do a quick but thorough job, the carpets always look amazing and they can even get through the pet stains. Tammy and her crew are the best. She is so sweet and very respectful of our home, and she always greets our dogs with lots of love. I highly recommend their services.
I contacted Indiana Restoration after serv-pro failed to come out to the house and inspect the water damage on my ceiling. Andy was the initial inspector who wrote up the estimate for repair, and Mike was the contractor who scheduled the repairs as well as provided communication with and between the men assigned to the work. The level of professionalism shown during the project was phenomenal. Between the stellar communication, hard work towards tenting and protecting appliances and counter tops in my kitchen, and all the gentlemen who kicked ass during demo and installation, I was blown away. I've been around contractors at work who dedicated significantly less considerations towards the public work area than the gentleman from Indiana Restoration. If you have a project that needs addressed, these guys will get it done.
