My lower level flooded and it took almost a week before all the water was drained out. My landlord took their precious time to have restoration done and that allowed mold to set up. Chicagoland Water Medics came out and used their equipment to thoroughly check every area in the lower level and sure enough mold was on the outside of several walls. So Mike showed me their findings and explained how the equipment worked and the steps needed to get rid of the mold. He answered all my questions and was so patient and polite. They came out and helped me clear out my laundry room, but they mostly did all the heavy lifting of taking the damaged items to the dumpster, moving the furniture out the way and they covered and secured everything so it didn't get dusty or damaged. My technicians were Mike, Kevin, and Aaron and they did a great job. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They methodically went from room to room taking out the damaged floor and wall sections and making sure to leave no mess behind to clean up. I greatly appreciated the work they did and I trust their work enough to recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone in need of their services. Thanks you guys are awesome!!
