The restoration group is the gold standard! The team that took care of my water damaged unit - Jaime (the estimator) and Andre (the team lead) was nothing but considerate and professional. They helped me get things through insurance, coordinated with our HOA, and did outstanding work for our unit’s floor and ceiling and dry walls. Andre and team went above and beyond and even installed new lights, repainted walls with picture removed. They truly were the “restoration” group and some!! They didn’t try to nickel or dime us, instead from day one Andre promised to “take care of your home as if it’s my own” - and that is what he did and delivered. Thank you Andre and the restoration team for your great work and partnership!
Real Restoration Group was assigned to me through my insurance after I experienced water damage. From start to finish, the process was handled with clear communication and professionalism. Kasia, the project manager assigned to the project, was incredibly detail-oriented and supportive. She kept me consistently updated on all progress while I was living outside of my home during the kitchen reconstruction and took the time to help me make decisions whenever I was unsure. She even helped in providing a design for a pantry I wanted to update due to the lack of functionality and it came out perfect. Her guidance and attention to detail gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation. The team was also extremely helpful in completing additional work outside of what insurance covered and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work truly stood out and I would absolutely recommend Real Restoration Group to anyone dealing with reconstruction. My kitchen and bathroom look even better than they did before the water damage.
