In addition, their kindness and humanity was especially extended through working with my uncle who is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. They spent intentional time establishing a relationship with him and expressed sincere interest in caring for not only the job but also for his well-being. They made sure that he felt comfortable with them as well as with the overall process, explaining things clearly and patiently. With this as well as with the overall work, Mathijs, Alex and Jonathan went the extra mile with what was a Herculean task to remediate my uncle’s basement and bathroom. They did exceptional work which was neither rushed nor belabored. They completed the job at an expedient pace without sacrificing quality of work. We were all very pleased with the finished product.
