I had a major (brown water, eww) flood in my master bath in a high-rise condominium. Anyone who lives in a high-rise knows this makes for a daunting repair! Reliable Restoration was very quick on the scene and got me cleaned up! Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of damage that extended into my master bedroom. My project manager, Earl, has done a great job in making sure that the quality and service of my repair was top-notch! Franco’s team has been exceptional and easy to work with. Most recently, Anays’ crew (Elvis, Franco and Julio) put my furnishings back in place. All of my condo furniture and accessories (that they previous removed), were put back exactly in the same place and condition as when they moved them. I highly recommend this company! Patti

I've had three experiences with Reliable Restoration now. Each time they came in and did an expert job setting up the equipment. My most recent experience was the usual level of stellar. Devon was quick to arrive to the house to provide an estimate, friendly, and described the scope of work well. Later that day, Omar and Wilder showed up to setup the equipment; they did such a good job to keep my house clean and the setup they did looks highly professional. It's difficult to describe: the way they laid the tubes and put up tape look like art! Will definitely use them the next time I decide to water damage my house! 😅
