On January 9, 2024 due to a heavy rain and our gutter being clogged our basement was flooded… While we were at Lowe’s, we noticed an All Dry service truck and my wife approached them On coming to our house to extract the water… When they arrive at our house, they promptly began removing the water, taking the furniture from the rooms and did a fantastic job setting up room dehumidifiers, and fans to dry the floors out in the two small rooms that were affected by the water..Chad Dunn the field operations manager assured us several times that we didn’t have worry his company would take care of everything from removal of the floors removal of the baseboards and painting the rooms to reinstalling new floors and baseboards that they had a crew to do this… over a month later, our insurance company finally cut them a check, and it was then when I asked for an itemized statement that we noticed discrepancies in the billing upon asking Chad Dunn about it he did come to our house and went over the bill and removed over 3000 dollars in wrong charges from the bill this was for water extraction and the cost for their machines to dry out the rooms removal of flooring not actual repairs to the rooms that work has yet to be done by All Dry…We are in the process of waiting on a revised bill to come so we can pay it… also, after waiting over a month for things to be done, I happened to ask Chad had his company submitted bid yet for the restoration work to be done…His reply was no they’re not going to, but I’m going to do it for you personally…Now here’s where things went bad we were reassured many times that All Dry I would take care of everything from removal of the floors baseboards to reinstalling the floors, reinstalling the baseboards, the painting, our walls only to find out that they’re not going to submit a bid to complete the job and someone as far as I know is not bonded licensed or insured it’s going to come into my home, reinstall my floors, baseboards, and paint my walls. All I can say is I don’t think so… once again we were told many times all dry has a crew that does restoration work and they would be doing the work not someone that I know nothing about his work skills… The wife and I slept on it overnight I messaged Chad the next day and told him we would find somebody else to complete job I wasn’t comfortable with Chad doing it…
