Our neighbor recommended Dry Pros after our water heater let go and flooded most of the basement before we caught it. So glad we listened. We’re in Douglasville and they were here in no time, had the water extracted and air movers running all before lunch. They were awesome and I’m so graceful for all their help.

UPDATE: the Better Business Bureau has REVOKED their approval of this business. There are dozens of fake reviews below that they paid for, which is fraud. Do not ever use this company. They have made our lives miserable, destroyed our furniture, overcharged our insurance company and the work they did in our home is of such poor quality that much of it has to be redone. Their flooring vendor also placed a lien on us because DryPros failed to pay them the money they were paid for by our insurance company for repairs. Their employees are arrogant & rude and refuse to communicate with us. We are having to take them to court in order to get things made right. The photos below how how they returned our belongings to us after taking THIRTY FIVE DAYS to move us back into our home. They left garbage bags full of their uniforms and full and empty beer cans in my living room. They also left my kitchen garbage full of empty beer cans from I guess what their employees did for 35 days while moving us back into our home. They left an eaten pizza, pizza, boxes, and more beer cans in my outside garbage cans without using a garbage bag and we had to go through and re-bag the garbage so that Dekalb county would pick it up. These people are not fit to be in your home. Do not trust them with your belongings, your insurance claim or anything.

Our experience with Dry Pros and TJ has been an overall great experience from start to finish. You never want to go through this process if you have a home but if you do, Dry Pros is the type of company you want on your side. The main things you can hope for is that a company knows what they are doing, they communicate properly and they provide the best tools and resources to get the job done and that's what Dry Pros did (and more).
