I had some mold in my home that must have started long before I bought it. United Water Restoration Group walked me through the process and did a great job! When I wanted to add more flooring to the plan to match the new where they had to rip it up from the mold, there was no hesitation! Very happy with the work! Would definitely use them again!

Robert, Charles, and the team at UWRG are absolutely stellar. We originally called for flood restoration assistance after our child left a sink running and flooded the house. They responded quickly and thoroughly, and even the insurance adjuster commented on how fair their pricing was. Once they’d completed remediation, they re-carpeted our entire house, and re-tiled our bathrooms. We also needed drywall work, which they did beautifully. They also installed a new granite countertop in one of the bathrooms. Robert and Charles were thorough communicators throughout the process — I always knew where we were in the project phase. Anytime an issue arose on my end, they took care of it immediately. They were respectful of our home and so kind to the children who were often underfoot. They will be my first call if I need restoration or remodeling in my future. I cannot possibly recommend UWRG enough.
