Our experience with ServPro was deeply disappointing. They oversold their services and underdelivered on nearly every promise. They were strictly interested in the insruance payout and not the quality of the restoration. After a small house fire, our insurance company referred us to ServPro for smoke remediation. Their response time was excellent, and Shane Buzard made a great first impression. He appeared knowledgeable, articulate, and gave us confidence by walking us through the detailed remediation process they would perform throughout our home. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. The project moved extremely slowly, communication was poor, and Shane consistently overpromised and underdelivered. On multiple occasions, he told us work had been completed when it clearly had not. We quickly lost confidence in what we were being told. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the remediation. We were repeatedly assured that our home had been thoroughly cleaned and treated for smoke damage, yet every time we visited there was still visible dust, dirt, and debris throughout the house. The work simply did not reflect the extensive process that had been sold to us. It also appeared that much of the project consisted of running fans and equipment in our home for weeks while billing our insurance company thousands of dollars. As a customer, it felt like there was more focus on the insurance claim than on restoring our home properly. After a fire, you need a restoration company you can trust. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with ServPro. They earned our trust through excellent salesmanship, but their execution fell far short of their promises. I would not use them again or recommend them to others.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but this is an incredibly well run and professional business that I'd recommend to anyone in need. Huge thank you to Nick and the team at ServPro for their professionalism and customer service and getting my business back up and running after a big flood in our store. Nick is an incredible dude. He went above and beyond to help me out of a tough bind. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, his integrity and willingness to work towards a solution and help my small business and family really stands out. The ServPro crew was responsive, professional, and clearly cared about helping us get everything handled as smoothly as possible. I truly appreciate Nick taking the time to personally help make a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Highly recommend Nick and the ServPro team.
