Kinrest Property Restoration of DenverWater Damage Restoration in Denver, CO

We had water intrusion in late June and thought we had completely dried everything out, but when we went to fix the baseboards, we discovered black spotting. We contacted Kinrest Property Restoration, and Anthony had Dane out to our place within 45 minutes. Dane inspected the area and provided a quote without any scare tactics—just honest, reliable information about what actually needed to be done. Joe came to do the restoration work and did a fantastic job. He was extremely efficient, professional, and kept everything remarkably clean throughout the process. I strongly recommend Kinrest to anyone needing restoration or mold mitigation work!

Can't recommend enough. I discovered a mess of mold hiding behind the drywall in our basement. Gave Kinrest a call and Anthony and Dane were at my house within a couple hours. Both were super helpful and thoughtful of my situation, even going so far as to teaching me what I could do on my own (and how) if I needed to save some money. I ended up going with them for the full mitigation, and they had a crew in the next day. Super fair pricing and 100% worth it for the responsiveness and peace of mind. Anthony was especially awesome to work with, there was never a doubt how much he cared and wanted to help. 10/10!

Anthony and his team at Kinrest Restoration went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were extremely thorough, professional, and attentive to every detail. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, and they completed all the necessary work with precision and in a very timely manner. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but Kinrest Restoration absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services! The photos attached are the before and after.
