We had a water main pipe, which was a hard plastic and not copper, break at the water regulator. Full water main pressure drenched our garage for hours. I called Mario's business Saturday morning. He took immediate action to bring in a plumber who ran a temporary line to get water to the house. They dug a trench and ran a copper pipe with minimal front yard disruption. Mario sent in a crew to remove the wet drywall and prepared it for repairs. Equipment was installed to dehumidify the garage that ran for a few days. Mario came by every other day to check moisture. Once it reached appropriate levels, a repair crew came in and made the garage look better than it ever was. Mario also worked directly with our USAA insurance adjuster. I am glad I selected Mario's company as he took care of the various phases to get everything back to normal.
Extremely happy with Mario and his team! Within hours of my ceiling leaking, he showed up to assess the damage. The very next day, they started working on repairing the leak. Within days, the new drywall is being put up and looks absolutely flawless! From start to finish, Mario has been extremely attentive to any questions/concerns I’ve had.
