I've used Thuro-Dry on two separate occasions. Once for a second floor shower leak and another time for a broken water pipe in my garage. Ron is very friendly and honest and he only recommended services that I needed, nothing more. He was on time to each of those appointments, was very thorough during the inspection, and billed me a completive rate for work done. I will definitely call him again if I'm ever faced with the unfortunate luck of water damage!
We can't thank Ron enough with helping us with drying our kitchen floors. After calling him he came out right away to look at our floors and assess the damage that had been done by a leak. He was honest, reliable, communicable, and very reasonable with pricing. Ron went above and beyond to help us. You just do not find that around anymore. We will definitely be using this company again in the future.
Ron is the only person you want working on your home if you have flood damage. Hands down! We had a kitchen sink incident that resulted in a major flood. I called Ron at nearly midnight and he answered, listened intently to my explanation of the damage, and showed up right when he said he would. He quickly assessed the damage and was very professional and straight forward in discussing the repair plan of attack and quote. He went right to work and finished everything in a couple of days. He was true to his quote and you will not find a better price or experience from anybody else. He is truly an honest man and you will be in good hands if you are in need of flood service. Thanks Ron!
