I cannot recommend 1800WD highly enough! We came home from vacation to a terrible smell from a leak in our sink, we have a toddler so we were pretty worried about mold. From dispatch to consultation with Angel, our amazing specialist, I knew we were in good hands. His expertise, kindness, honesty, and skill are unmatched. He and his crew handled the disaster promptly. We even left our house in his hands when we went out of town. I don’t think I would do that with anybody else! If you are ever concerned about mold or Water Damage, dont hesitate. Not only did they vacuum seal and meticulously clean every detail, they tested for mold all around our house and located water issues in our babies’s room AND even handled a rodent issue. Angel Torres from 1-800 Water Damage was very professional, courteous, and prompt. He took many pictures and videos showing us the area we had a pipe leak and the clean up he did. We also really appreciated that he put down plastic for our plumber to go in and fix the two leaks. Thank you Angel.
