They got paid for damage mitigation and to rebuild my bathroom They took the $14,000 for damage mitigation I basically just ran some dehumidifiers... I. Paid them $8,000 to start putting in a shower on the bathroom with a promise of another $7,000 upon their completion they failed to show up they failed to work. They sold the contract to a different company I begged I showed him pictures I called don't work with this company go somewhere else... They reused old drywall. Did subpar work I had to fire them and finish the bathroom by myself and now I'm going to have to legally fight them to get my money back with licensing and in court... Even though I repeat I've given them the text communication proving that everything was subpar. The work was not done to scope repeated communications between several people. They're just untrustworthy people... Go to a different company.. and if you check the better business reviews, it's not the first time they're done it. I wish I had to check it first

When we first moved into our home, we experienced a main sewer line clog and contacted two different plumbing companies. One of the plumbing companies quickly referred us to Quick Restore. Larry Campos came out, inspected the property, and told us the water damage was extensive throughout the home. He estimated the repairs at approximately $45,000 and advised us that insurance would likely cover the damages. Wanting a second opinion, we had another restoration company evaluate the damage. Their assessment was significantly different and indicated that the damage was not nearly as extensive as we had originally been told. We later discovered that Larry had existing relationships with both plumbing companies involved (Elite Plumbing and Masters Plumbing), which made us uncomfortable and caused us to question whether the referrals were truly independent. Afterward, I attempted to contact Larry several times with follow-up questions and to obtain additional information regarding the estimate. My calls were not returned, and I had difficulty reaching him. Combined with the large discrepancy between the two assessments, this left me with concerns about the accuracy of the original evaluation. Based on our experience, I would not use or recommend this company. I felt pressured toward a very expensive restoration project and was disappointed with how the situation was handled. This was my personal experience, and I encourage others to obtain multiple opinions and estimates before proceeding with major restoration work, especially when working with Quick Restore.
