I recently had a bad leak in my upstairs shower. Quick restore came out the same day to help with mitigation. Fast forward a few weeks and the real game changer for me was Chris M. The project manager for the build back team. He was super nice, very knowledgeable, available via text, helped me pick out new tile, shower etc and also made sure it was done properly. The timelines communicated were accurate and I was always kept in the loop. Chris also went out his way to help me with the insurance adjuster and got things covered that should have been. The crew members he used were respectful of my house, dog and kids when coming over. All around it was a really great experience for what it was and I’m 100% certain it’s because of Chris.

When we first moved into our home, we experienced a main sewer line clog and contacted two different plumbing companies. One of the plumbing companies quickly referred us to Quick Restore. Larry Campos came out, inspected the property, and told us the water damage was extensive throughout the home. He estimated the repairs at approximately $45,000 and advised us that insurance would likely cover the damages. Wanting a second opinion, we had another restoration company evaluate the damage. Their assessment was significantly different and indicated that the damage was not nearly as extensive as we had originally been told. We later discovered that Larry had existing relationships with both plumbing companies involved (Elite Plumbing and Masters Plumbing), which made us uncomfortable and caused us to question whether the referrals were truly independent. Afterward, I attempted to contact Larry several times with follow-up questions and to obtain additional information regarding the estimate. My calls were not returned, and I had difficulty reaching him. Combined with the large discrepancy between the two assessments, this left me with concerns about the accuracy of the original evaluation. Based on our experience, I would not use or recommend this company. I felt pressured toward a very expensive restoration project and was disappointed with how the situation was handled. This was my personal experience, and I encourage others to obtain multiple opinions and estimates before proceeding with major restoration work, especially when working with Quick Restore.

The five star rating is for Jeff Klein, who was the hero of our kitchen restoration following a flood in January. Our first two project managers seem determined to ruin Quick Restore‘s good reputation. But after five months of very little progress, Jeff came along and within 2 1/2 weeks, my kitchen was up and running and stunningly beautiful. Thanks, Jeff. I hope Quick Restore recognizes the great asset they have with you as one of their employees.
