Dan, Ed, and their team were amazing to work with this past week and half! My son felt water drops in our kitchen food pantry last Sunday evening and he told me about it. Of course that is always concerning to hear and sure enough there was a small leak happening from the ceiling of our pantry. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with Ed and he came out literally that evening! He was literally at my house within 45 minutes of my call, ON A SUNDAY EVENING! I was super impressed by that and thanked him for coming out so quick. My wife and I felt a lot better that we had a professional get some eyes on it. Ed reassured us that everything was going to be ok and he then contacted Dan and they got their team out first thing the following morning. Dan contacted a plumbing company they work with all the time and had them come out as well. He took his time to show us everything he was seeing, was patient with all of our questions and helped us understand our options and what we could do. I never felt pressured to have to make a quick decision or that they were price gouging us. Everything we talked about made sense and had a reason for why they needed to do it. Dan's temperament was relaxed and confident and I really appreciated his patience in talking with us about all our options. I really felt like he had our best interests at heart. Once the mitigation and dry out portion of the repair was completed, Dan's team then worked to fix our pantry walls and put our shelving all back together. All of that turned out awesome!! I felt the pricing was super appropriate too for the amount of work completed. Super thanks to Dan, Ed, and your team and thank you for taking great care of our home!!!
