I had an exceptional experience at the tail end of my contact with Rocky Mountain Restoration employee, Erin Sanchez, Assistant Crew Chief. On the last contact day of their mitigation process, where they determine the severity of the problem, (in my case, water damage and a small amount of mold in the wall and water under the floor tiles), plan a solution, and then provide an immediate fix to prevent the situation from getting worse - Erin Sanchez proved himself to be the perfect example of what every customer looks for in an outstanding technician. He began with a welcoming smile and a positive "no worries" attitude of reassurance that he would make sure I understood everything going on with my faulty bathroom situation step-by-step. Erin helped to educate me along the way regarding the special tools he was using and testing the drying of the walls with, as well as answering any questions I had along the way. In the end, Erin's overall presentation was one of a person who genuinely loves his job, is exceptionally knowledgeable at what he does and wants his customers to (once again) understand the overall process and what they are actually paying for. Just as important, Erin was very patient, kind, and empathetic. He spoke in such a thoughtful and respectful way, as if putting himself in the customer's shoes, so to speak. It's easy to understand why I was so impressed by Erin Sanchez' overall work ethics, excellent communication and listening skills, and just being a genuine "worker bee" who cares 💯 percent about his customers. I recently purchased a new home and discovered significant water damage, mold, and termite damage in the master bathroom, so I contacted Rocky Mountain Restoration for the remediation work. From my first call with Rico, everything was organized, timely, and handled professionally. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at explaining each step of the process so I understood what was being done and why. Jordan, the certified environmental hygienist, clearly explained the testing process and later walked me through the results and what the numbers meant. Joshua did an excellent job with the asbestos remediation. George helped with the initial inspection and estimate, Corbin managed the project, and Danielle handled the final cleanup. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, responsive, and willing to answer my questions. I used Rocky Mountain Restoration specifically for the remediation work, since I already had another contractor lined up for the rebuilding afterward. My experience with Rocky Mountain was excellent from beginning to end, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing remediation or restoration services.

Justin and team were fantastic in hanging /taping plastic, for the sawing of granite sink in our kitchen. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Erin just came to remove the plastic and clean up. The common thread with everyone, was they were so pleasant! Loved their positive attitude.
