Project Director Hugo C. is very precise and articulate with his scheduling and communication. His emails are clear and transparent. He always has a great attitude and a friendly demeanor. Christian had been to my house several times during the drying process after a major plumbing leak. He was terrific. He was sweet and accommodating to our schedule, and explained things clearly throughout this whole process. He was also very understanding that we have pets, and even came by after hours to make sure it was safe for my pet to be in our home, which was very important to my husband and I.
