A great company doesn’t just fix the problem they make you feel like you’re in good hands. Rhino Water Damage really left a good impression on me, especially Chris. He took the time to give me some genuinely good advice and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that because he didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did. The whole team was professional, respectful, and serious about their work. Chris made me feel like more than just another customer, and that kind of personal service means a lot. I’d personally recommend Rhino Water Damage to anybody I know dealing with water damage. If I ever need help with something like this again, they’re definitely one of the first companies I’d call.

Chris from the Tucson branch did a wonderful job, and I would definitely use Rhino Water Damage again if needed! Chris was extremely thorough in inspecting my home for areas that would need treatment and communicating what would be done, when, how much it would cost. etc. Services were finished quickly and with expert care / quality. I was updated every step of the way about the status of said services as well. He also did a great job with clean up and protecting the items that remained in my home while he worked. Super kind and understanding person, highly recommend!
