They promptly set up drying fans, removed the drywall on the raised water heater platform that needed attention, and made sure the area was thoroughly dried to prevent further damage. They didn’t just set equipment and leave, they came back multiple times to monitor the progress and ensured everything was completely dry. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.
Overall, really good experience. Jordan was professional, knowledgable, communicative, and overall a cool dude. Did a thorough job, even testing for mold after the job to make sure they got rid of it. He also came in on his days off a few times to help us out, so really went the extra mile. Would recommend their services.
