Incurred water damage from an upstairs bathroom to the downstairs office area. Plumber and Dry Star found significant water damage to my subfloor. Within a couple hours Cody and Andrew were on site and digging in. I woke up this morning thinking a simple leak fix from my plumber. While it stinks to deal with more significant damage Im relieved the Dry Star through Cody and Andrew were quickly taking care of business with courtesy (despite my over friendly dog following them), professionism, and quality work. Thank you guys! 3 MONTH UPDATE Everything stated above remains regarding the flood mitigation portion of work/service. Unfortunately getting the remodel work back to pre damage condition has been a terrible experience. Admittedly we've sought minor deviations from in-kind replacement but was reassured from DryStar reps that's completely ok. After many delays we're now being told we cant deviate. Work scheduling is last minute and sporadic. Communication is sparse. So what started out as a great experience has soured for us over the last 2 months.

Neal, Edvin, Sam, and the Drystar tech team did a great, professional demo job in our bathroom and closets after we experienced some water related damage. They handled the complicated work flawlessly, and we were 100% satisfied with the job. Tyler did an excellent job with communications and coordinating the overall team effort.

The initial contact for this restoration was Dylan. He was professional from start to finish - responding right away on this Holiday, Monday May 25. He thoroughly assessed the trouble, prepared the report and went over the specifics with me. We really rely on service people that care and know their business and how to take care of a customer.
