I want to start off by saying, there are really wonderful people that work at this company. Darcy was exceptional. The few guys who came out here like Christian and Breck were seriously amazing. Everything else was not great. The first person who came to my house made it seem like this company would be super involved in dealing with my insurance company to negotiate the amount of money they would give us. That was a lie. I explained to them, maybe 3 or 4 times, that the amount given to me by my insurance company barely paid for their services let alone the cost of paying my roof. Regardless, I continued to receive invoice emails almost every day for many months. Meanwhile, the roofing company, who recommended Bloque, were actually batting for me and trying to get a better pay out considering how bad the damage to my roof and ceiling was. Bloque definitely were not involved in that process; indicative by the incessant, inconsiderate invoice emails. Eventually, the roofing company were able to get a sufficient pay out from my insurance company, so I paid Bloque. I called Bloque’s office to let them know I paid their invoice so that they could finally repair my ceiling. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing, so I call again. Darcy facilitated the “contractor” assigned to my case to finally call me. My “contractor” Randy calls me, and sets up a “walk through” appointment. First of all, not sure why a walk through is necessary. Like they literally made the holes in my ceiling. Anyways, the day of the walk through comes, and Randy no call no shows. I call them, and finally get a response from him that he’s got “a serious sinus infection.” This is frustrating because I took a work from home day for him to show up, and it is really hard for me to do that. Fine, I ask him if anybody was available to come by the same day, and he said he’d see if another Project Manager could stop by. I did not hear back from him after. I call Darcy the next day explaining the situation. She tells me that Randy’s actually in office right now and hands the phone to him. Hmm really bad sinus infection, so bad he could go into the office the next day. He tries to reschedule, and I explain to him that I’m about to have multiple guests during a certain period of time, so could we reschedule for before that (ideally) or after. This dude completely disregards anything I said, so I end up having to compromise and have him come by while I have like 7 people in my house. He somehow still ends up coming by the day before while I am at work, and I have to remind him it’s the next day. Tell me why he had to even do this walk through because Randy literally came over for 3 minutes (not exaggerating), takes a look at things (no measurements), and then leaves. The 7 other people in the house also questioned why that was necessary. Turns out it was not necessary because when the workers came by (Randy not included) they just ended up asking me the same questions he did except they were way more thorough. I want to say, those workers were phenomenal. No complaints about them. But when Randy had come over, we discussed that I cant take multiple WFH days in a week, so we agreed to have it all done in one day. That did not happen. Obviously, Randy did not communicate with the workers what we had agreed on. So, again for like the 10th time after having paid them a couple months ago (because thats how long it took to get to this point) I had to call Darcy again to figure out when they were going to finish their work. Thankfully, my wife happened to have the day off for the next 2 days, so we scheduled another time. They dont show up that day like 8 hours after they were supposed to. They did get the job done, and well, but thats the bare minimum you can do after I paid you 2 months ago. I am happy with the work, but it was an abysmal experience working with Bloque Restoration. I hate to say it in this economy, but they should consider not having Randy work the role that he does in this company, because he was the straw that broke the camels back.

Just finished a project on my condo with Bloque Restoration. Incredible craftsmanship with their Tile expert staff Prolux Interiors, and wonderful improvements to my condo. The team was easy to communicate with, understanding of my needs, took care of my property since I had to move everything out and treated my condo community with respect. Payson and Brent and Dale, came to my condo a few times to get a feel for the issues I was up against. Tiny condo community, one way in one way out, limited parking, lack of access to back of property- but they made it work I didn’t get one single complaint from the other residents. That’s a HUGE compliment. All in All… I recommend you hire this team of knowledgeable men for your project. They renovated moldy walls from long standing water leak, water -damaged bathroom, flooring and master closet and then removed old tile and made everything new : shower, new vanity, new lights, and then same thing for the guest bathroom also old water damages and put in a new tub and vanity and lights, and put down a wood look porcelain tile that looks high end and is a beautiful addition to my property. Well done!!! I will hire them again for the next phase.

After a sewer leak, we decided to gut bathrooms and remodel the entire house. Payson and Dale were great to work with, and listened to my vision! Everything turned out remarkable! It is perfect!
